A study carried out by Raglin (2012) “indicated that successful athletes possessed mean scores on psychological measures that indicated better mental health compared with their less successful peers, including measures of mood state and emotional stability”. It is quite evident that better mental health in athletes brings out the best performances on the field. The real question is, how? How would you, as a coach, improve your athletes’ mental health using your daily routine?
