    When it comes to maintaining mental health, keeping your brain safe can be just as important as having a healthy mindset. In sports like Football, concussions are extremely common, which can have long-term damaging effects on your mind. Additionally, repetitive hits to the head can cause Chronic traumatic encephalopathy, a brain disease. Keep yourself safe! How do you keep yourself safe while playing sports that have a lot of physical contact?
